Detoxification Process

Intensive inpatient treatment for detoxification and medical stabilization is managed in a safe and effective environment with a 24-hour medical staff.

Individual Assessment/ Plan Development

Based on a detailed multi-disciplined assessment of the patient, the treatment team develops a patient-specific treatment plan. During the residential phase, the treatment team continuously monitors the progress of the individual and revises the treatment plan as needed, based upon the goal of healthy recovery.

This comprehensive individual approach to recovery is effective for the most challenging patient who may:

• Be entering treatment for the first time
• Have a history of chronic relapse
• Be challenged by Dual-Diagnosis

Residential Treatment

The components of a residential alcohol & addiction treatment program address the disease process, the 12-Step recovery process, spiritual, mental and physical development for a foundation for healthy recovery and a fulfilling life.

Preparation for Reintroduction

The next phase of the Focus Healthcare Impaired Professional Residential Treatment Program is the preparation of the patient for a reintroduction to society and the workplace.

Program elements that prepare the patient are:

• Relapse Prevention Group
• Attendance at 12-Step Meetings
• Development of a Continuing Care Plan
• Family Workshops
• Participation in Alumni Groups

Family Recovery

Since the disease of addiction affects every aspect of an individual’s and their family’s lives, our program specifically includes the family in the treatment process to support you through this difficult time. Our family program includes educating the family on the disease of addiction and to initiate the healing process to restore healthy family relationships.

Continuing Care

For the recovering alcoholic or addict who is returning home and the work place a structured environment with a defined continuing care plan is necessary to optimize this successful transition.
