Following your residential stay (phase II), you may be transferred to our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This program continues to provide you the structure needed for daily living; however, you will be able to live in a supportive setting, or in your home and then return for services at the facility on a daily basis. While in the PHP program, you will be able to apply the principles that you learned in the previous levels of care. Areas of treatment may consist of relapse prevention, building your recovery support system, dealing with daily stressors, and relationship issues as these continue to be a high priority. Identifying every day challenges will be the primary focus of the PHP program.

PHP Schedule

The PHP schedule is available 7 days a week from 9:00 am-3:00 pm. Lunch is provided for all PHP patients.

In addition to your PHP/IOP sessions, you and your primary counselor will agree on a specific number of 12-Step support group meetings that you will be attending each week. A verification form is provided to document the support groups you attend.
