We want every person entering treatment to have a healthy, comfortable and safe environment in which to begin healing.

Casual and comfortable clothes that fit and are easily laundered are the basic "rule of thumb". Because of limited space, we ask that you do not bring more than one week’s worth of clothes {seven outfits}. All items must be able to store neatly in the available drawer, and closet space. Any additional personal items will be sent home or stored until discharge. For your convenience we provide for your use washers, dryers, and laundry soap.

Towels, washcloths, sheets, bedspreads, and a pillow are provided. For health standards, your personal bedding is not allowed.

Medications

It is important that you bring with you ALL of the prescribed medication that you take at home. If you are taking addictive medications and bring these to treatment with you, you will be asked to sign a consent allowing medical staff to dispose of them. Failure to allow destruction of these medications would result in an inability for you to be admitted into this treatment program. Upon admission, these medications must be presented to the admissions staff for review. All medications will be held by the nursing staff and your physician will order those medications that are appropriate for your medical condition and current treatment plan. If during your stay, your home medication requires a re-fill, Focus Healthcare medical staff will assist you with that process. Any subsequent costs/co-pay will be your financial responsibility. Focus Healthcare will provide only those medications that are initiated by Focus Healthcare physicians.

We encourage you not to bring expensive clothes or valuables.

You are responsible for your own things.

Focus does not reimburse for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Items left at the facility over 30-days are considered a donation.
